My broker gave me the information of the property auction yesterday. I skipped the auction because of the property building. The final price of the Auction was $452,000. It would be the moderate pricing for the property. I am going to take part in another auction next Saturday which property is similar to the property above. I would like to win around $450,000. for the auction.
